Richu-Tenno-Ryo Tumulus (Misanzai Tumulus, Ishizugaoka Tumulus, Mozu Misasagi Yama Tumulus)
A VR tour that lets you look down on the Mozu Tumuli Cluster from the air.
The Sakai City Museum is home to the permanent installation of this simulated experience tour, using virtual reality (VR) technology to allow you to look down on the Mozu Tumuli Cluster from high in the sky and then also go inside. Simply slip on the head mounted display and your exciting, realistic tour begins. As well as experiencing a 360 degree panorama of the sprawling Mozu Tumuli Cluster as photographed from 300m in the air by a drone, you can also view a detailed CG recreation of a tumulus as it was when first built 1600 years ago, and them step into the stone chamber that lies inside.
