This bakery starts from blending the flour, without relying on frozen dough. Taking
the extra time to bake by hand means that no yeast food is used, allowing fresh and
delicious bread to be provided to the customers. More than 100 varieties are lined
up in the shop every day, including plain, stuffed, and sweet breads.
